Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $85,000 to $125,000 OTE (base plus performance bonus)

About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to lead consultative sales conversations with nonprofit decision-makers and help scale Donorlytics’ customer base. This is not a traditional outbound sales role — our pipeline is fed by internal systems, marketing efforts, and high-quality data.

You’ll focus on demo delivery, thoughtful follow-up, and closing new accounts. Along the way, you’ll help shape our messaging, improve conversion flows, and ensure every lead gets a high-quality experience from first touch to close.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct 1:1 demos with nonprofit leaders and stakeholders
  • Manage a growing pipeline of qualified leads and follow-ups
  • Tailor messaging and proposals based on customer needs and readiness
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales materials and processes
  • Maintain clean CRM records and follow high-conversion workflows
  • Share feedback to improve product-market fit, onboarding, and activation
  • Occasionally assist with onboarding new accounts to ensure a smooth transition


You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, nonprofit tech, or consultative B2B sales
  • Are a strong communicator and active listener
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments with high autonomy
  • Are confident in demos, follow-ups, and written communication
  • Understand the nonprofit space or are excited to learn it quickly
  • Care deeply about the mission behind the product
