Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $85,000 to $125,000 OTE (base plus performance bonus)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Partner to lead high-leverage initiatives across onboarding, internal operations, and growth enablement. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, systems, and scale and plays a key role in ensuring Donorlytics runs smoothly and efficiently as we grow. You’ll work across multiple functions to streamline processes, support new customers, and strengthen our internal infrastructure. This is a versatile role for someone who thrives on creating clarity, improving workflows, and driving measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

Our customers include research centers, academic institutions, and mission-driven foundations that rely on clear, confident decision-making.   • Oversee and optimize customer onboarding and activation
  • Improve internal operations, playbooks, and tooling for scale
  • Lead special projects across research, analytics, and systems development
  • Support sales and success teams with enablement materials, process improvements, and documentation
  • Occasionally assist with product demos to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity

  • Maintain a strong feedback loop across teams to ensure quality and efficiency


You Might Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations, enablement, onboarding, or sales support
  • Are organized, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve
  • Communicate clearly and comfortably across teams
  • Balance strategic thinking with a bias for action
  • Take ownership and pride in delivering great experiences, internally and externally
