About Donorlytics
The Account Executive leads consultative sales conversations with nonprofit decision-makers and owns the relationship from demo through early onboarding. This is an inbound, product-led sales role. Leads are qualified through internal systems and marketing efforts. You will run demos, manage follow-ups, close new accounts, and ensure customers are successfully activated in their early stages. This role blends sales execution, education, and early customer experience, with a strong emphasis on ownership, consistency, and professional judgment.

About the Role
We’re hiring a Strategy & Operations Partner to lead high-leverage initiatives across onboarding, internal operations, and growth enablement. This role sits at the intersection of delivery, systems, and scale and plays a key role in ensuring Donorlytics runs smoothly and efficiently as we grow. You’ll work across multiple functions to streamline processes, support new customers, and strengthen our internal infrastructure. This is a versatile role for someone who thrives on creating clarity, improving workflows, and driving measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
Donorlytics is the AI-powered intelligence platform built for modern nonprofits. We unify disconnected systems, surface actionable insights, and automate repetitive tasks, empowering organizations to raise more, waste less, and move faster. Our customers include research centers, academic institutions, and mission-driven foundations that rely on clear, confident decision-making. We’re building the intelligence layer that makes that possible.

• Oversee and optimize customer onboarding and activation
• Improve internal operations, playbooks, and tooling for scale
• Lead special projects across research, analytics, and systems development
• Support sales and success teams with enablement materials, process improvements, and documentation
• Occasionally assist with product demos to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity

• Maintain a strong feedback loop across teams to ensure quality and efficiency

You Might Be a Great Fit If You‍

• Have 3 to 7 years of experience in business operations, enablement, onboarding, or sales support
• Are organized, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve
• Communicate clearly and comfortably across teams
• Balance strategic thinking with a bias for action
• Take ownership and pride in delivering great experiences, internally and externally

Base: $95,000 to $125,000 Annually

Compensation is based on experience, performance, and role fit.
